Job types
Buildings we take on.
We take work in offices and tenant fit-outs, including older Center City buildings where pathways are tight and ceilings are full. We also take warehouse and distribution work along I-95, schools, clinics and stores that need the work done around open hours, and server rooms and IT closets that need a cleanup.
Every job gets the same basics: cable kept clear of power and lighting, every run tested end to end and labeled at both ends, and a port list and photos at closeout.

Getting there
Travel and scheduling.
From Pedricktown we cross into Pennsylvania in well under an hour, so Philadelphia jobs are normal day trips, not travel jobs. Parking and loading rules in Center City are part of the plan we agree on before the first day.
Send the drawings, a few photos or a short note about the job by email or the contact form. We reply within one business day with questions or a written quote, and we confirm the schedule before the first day.
Who we work with
GCs, integrators and owners.
We take the low voltage scope for general contractors, and installs and service tickets for integrators and service networks. Businesses can hire us directly for new drops, cabling repairs and rack cleanups. Camera and access control installs we take on for GCs and integrators, under their contract and license.
Primeness Technology Solutions LLC has UEI RXHKXGS1HRM9 and CAGE 9U7Z2. Owner Dorian Antonetty has 12 years in the field, and you deal with him from the quote to closeout.
FAQ
Philadelphia questions.
Do you work in Philadelphia itself or only the suburbs?
Both. We take work in the city and in the four suburban counties around it.
Can you work around business hours?
Yes. Stores, clinics and offices often want the noisy work early, late or on weekends. Tell us the window and we plan to it.
Do you work for GCs on Philadelphia projects?
Yes. We take the low voltage scope for general contractors and integrators and work to your drawings, schedule and site rules.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, the scope in a few lines, drawings or a few photos if you have them, and the timeline. We send back a written quote with the labor and parts listed.
What areas do you cover besides Philadelphia?
All of New Jersey plus Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland, and nationwide for larger projects.
