Where we go
Where we go.
We are based in Pedricktown, NJ, near the Delaware Memorial and Commodore Barry bridges. We take service calls across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland, and nationwide for rollouts.
Main areas: Philadelphia, Wilmington, Baltimore, Newark, Trenton and Camden, plus the towns in between. For multi-site rollouts we travel nationwide.
A typical ticket
A typical ticket.
A made-up example: an office manager reports that the jack at the front desk is dead, so the reception phone and computer are down. We confirm a 1 PM arrival, check in with the site contact, and tone the line back to the closet. The cable was damaged above the ceiling, where a staple went through it.
We pull a new run, terminate and test both ends, label the jack and the panel port, and patch it to the right switch port. The office manager checks the phone and the computer before we leave. We take before and after photos, get the work order signed, and send the closeout notes. If something else needs work, it goes in the notes as out of scope, not done on the spot without approval.
