Access Control Installation in New Jersey
Access control lets you decide who gets in, which doors they can open and when, and keeps a record of every badge. We install and wire card and fob readers, door locks, request to exit devices and controllers for offices, warehouses, schools, apartment buildings and stores.

What we do
Access Control, done right.
Most access control problems come from the wiring and the door, not the software. A strike that doesn't line up, a door contact that reads open, a power supply that's too small. We survey each door first, wire it cleanly back to the controller, and test every door before we call it done.
Readers and keypads
Card, fob and mobile readers mounted and wired at each door.
Door lock wiring
Wiring to electric strikes, maglocks and electrified hardware, plus door position switches.
Request to exit
Motion sensors and push buttons so people can walk out without setting off an alarm.
Controllers and power
Door controllers and lock power supplies mounted, wired and labeled in the closet.
Cabling
Access control cable from every door back to the controller, supported and labeled.
Service and fixes
Doors that won't unlock, readers offline, and alarms that won't clear, tracked down and fixed.
How it works
From first call to closeout.
We work for general contractors, integrators, national service networks, businesses and homeowners. The steps are the same.
- 01
Door survey
We walk every door and note the frame, the existing hardware and where cable can go.
- 02
Written quote
Doors, devices, cable and labor listed out. Use the system you prefer, or we can quote one.
- 03
Rough in
Cable pulled from each door to the controller location.
- 04
Trim out
Readers, exit devices, door contacts, controller and power supplies installed and connected.
- 05
Test and train
Every door tested with a card, the exit device and the door alarms, then your staff learns how to add and remove users.

FAQ
Common questions.
What is the difference between fail safe and fail secure?
A fail safe lock unlocks when power is lost, which is how maglocks work. A fail secure lock stays locked when power is lost, which is common for electric strikes on outside doors. We go over the choice for each door during the survey.
Do I need new doors?
Usually not. Most existing doors can take an electric strike or electrified hardware. The door survey tells us what each door needs before you get a quote.
What happens when someone loses a card?
You delete that card in the software and it stops working right away. There are no keys to change.
Can I use my phone instead of a card?
Many current readers and systems support mobile credentials. If you want that, we pick readers that support it and set it up with you.
Can access control work with my cameras?
Many systems can link door events to camera video. We can wire both and tie them together when the products support it.
Ready to get it on the schedule?
Send the drawings, a few photos or just a short note about the job, and we will put together a clear, written quote.
